120 ml milk.
1 egg.
A pinch of salt.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
1 banana.
1 tablespoon of cocoa without sugar.
30 ml milk.
Ground walnuts.
30 g chocolate without sugar.
Microwave for 5-6 minutes
