okay so what is super eclipse, basically my good friend Millie made a mod called super eclipse for this game, which essentially does 3 things.
the ship never leaves
the day starts at 12am as late as possible
all the spawn cycles have occurred the moment the ship lands
what this does is basically as hard as the vanilla game can get, but you have infinite time to grab everything which changes the play style a fair bit onto strategy rather than optimizing and fast thinking, which is pretty interesting as a result.
March march march.... so pretty much this is mostly only a little harder than offense, pretty similar enemy spawns just more giants outside, interior is also larger, but the worst part is the BEES, march spawns bees really often and i had to reset a lot to NOT spawn them which was kinda annoying, i almost beat this in 30 mins too if i had not thrown a run with a bee lol, anyways its more of a stepping stone to the next moon adamance which will for sure be a big difficulty spike, im excited haha
this run was like, decently chill, the outside at the start was spooky but then it got fine on the transfer at the end, the inside, lots of hoarding bugs and some thumpers, got close to death but nothing we havent killed before, the mazes are huge tho and took me a bit to find all the items, got there tho! overall i spent about 3.5 hours and 50+ runs to get it
