A simple recipe, as they say "old as the world", but I love such recipes. It's wonderful to return to such recipes and recall old flavors. You often write to me about this recipe, so I finally recorded it and here it is, I finally managed to take pictures before we ate it and I can share it with you. I especially recommend it with a dollop of cream...
Ingredients:
2 kg potatoes (after peeling about 1800g)
1-2 onions
2 Silesian sausages
250 g smoked bacon
3 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
salt, pepper, marjoram
