A delicious homemade cold cut. perfect for everyday use and for the holidays. It's very quick and easy to make and looks great on a cold cuts board at any party. Slightly sweet from the apricots and salty from the seasoned meat. for me it's great, I highly recommend it....
ingredients:
pork tenderloin
200g dried apricots
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon of curry
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
flat teaspoon of salt
