To add Pure talk APN on Android phone go to Settings, Connections, Mobile Network, Access Point Names, tab menu and add a New APN.
Enter the following information:

Name: Pure Talk
APN: RESELLER
APN Type: default,mms,supl
MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
MMS proxy address: proxy.mobile.att.net
MMS port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
Username: (leave in blank)
Password: (leave in blank)
The MMSC and MMS Port is required for you to be able to send and receive picture messages on Pure talk.
once you finish, tab on SAVE, exit the reboot the phone. You should now be able to use the Pure talk Reseller APN and enjoy fast internet.
