Methi or fenugreek (Trigonella corniculata) is an important medicinal vegetable which is commonly used as fresh vegetable during winter, spring season but used as dried through out the year. Its seed producing capacity is 8-10 maunds per acre. Its pure seed preparation is fairly difficult.
