Ingredients:-
Eggs-6 pieces (large)
Butter-100 grams
Onion- 3(chopped)
Garlic paste -2 (teaspoon)
ginger paste -2(teaspoon)
cumin powder-1(teaspoon)
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 (teaspoon)
Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 tsp(teaspoon)
Coriander Powder- 1 teaspoon)
Tomato-2(chopped)
capsicum-1(chopped)
Greenchili-3(chopped)
Salt for seasoning- pinch (1/8 tsp or to taste)
Process:
First you have to boil some eggs and mince them.Then put butter in a bowl. Once the butter is melted, then fry it well with pre-chopped onion.Once the onion is well fried, add garlic paste, ginger paste and dried chilli powder, cumin powder and turmeric.And when the oil comes out of the spice, add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum. Then when the tomatoes are forgotten, add the pre-minced eggs and grate them well.Then stir well with kasuri fenugreek to make the curry more beautiful and delicious and then your egg keema curry is ready to serve.
