ingredients for egg masala gravy curry
Cumin seed-25 gram
Coriander seed -25 gram
Black paper - 15 gram
Cardamom- 3
Clove- 2
Cinnamon- 2
Bay leaves- 2
Spice Powders:
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
yogurt-50g
Onions- fine chopped- 3
Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp
Tomatoes paste- 1 (chopped)
Oil- 50g
Salt for seasoning- pinch (1/8 tsp or to taste)
Process:
1) First you have to fry all the eggs well
2) Then mix all the spices well in a container
3) Then when the oil is hot in a pan, fry the onion well and grate it well with spices
4) When the oil starts to come out of the spice, add pre-fried eggs and a cup of water and cook on low fleme for 15 minutes.
5)And after 15 minutes add Kasuri methi.
6) ready & enjoy
