Stereo Monitoring in Fairlight | Schiit Modi & Magni with Mackie MR624
Fairlight is an incredible DAW. And the fact that it's integrated with the NLE I now use to cut my films...well, what can I say? This is easier than it's ever been. When you embark on the sound design for your film, you have to decide on a stereo mix or a surround mix. If you're mixing in stereo, my recommendation would be to look at the Schiit Audio MODI for your DAC and the MAGNI for your headphone AMP and studio monitor preamps.
