✨Ingredients✨
1 +2/3 cups (400 g) milk
1,5 tbsp (10 g) cornstarch
2 tbsp sugar (for taste)
1 tbsp (8 g) cocoa powder
3 oz (100 g) dark chocolate 70%
For serving:
Whipped cream, chocolate, cocoa powder, cinnamon, etc.
👩🍳Instructions
✅In a saucepan combine 1/3 cup of milk, sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder. Whisk until the lumps dissolve. Pour the rest of milk.
✅Simmer over the medium heat. Stir constantly. Cook until thickened, 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat.
✅Add chopped chocolate and stir until combined and smooth.
Serve.
✅Drink warm.
