2 large apples, grated
2 medium eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
250 g Skyr
150 g all-purose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
Vegetable oil for frying
Maple syrup for serving
