Clip Studio has finally released the winter update! Timelapse is now available for everyone with an updated copy! This has been a heavily requested feature, and something I've been waiting for since forever.
It's literally as easy as going to:
1. File (00:01)
2. Record Timelapse
3. Draw (00:12)
4. ???
5. Export Timelapse (01:26)
