Skip to 00:13 if you're sure! that! you! have! an! updated! version!!
Otherwise it's as simple as clicking on the sub tool, three line menu ≡ or hamburger menu, then Import Sub Tool, then look for your .abr brush files and click OK.
Additional tips from user K F on ABR packs:
"So apparently if the brushes are already packed together you can follow these same steps and just click on it and they will load them. Depending on the size of the pack, it will take awhile and you'll have to reorganize them a bit, but it is possible to unload packs this way!"
