Ulrike Wahl's goal is to prevent exhaustion at German universities through rapid results through inventive thinking. The university refresher relies on three pillars of design thinking: interdisciplinary teams, rooms with open areas and an iterative approach. "Innovation processes have become much more efficient through agile formats," she sums up at the Digital Academic Summit. But there are also important basic rules of design thinking to consider: the roles, the way, an early culture of error and ... to be able to hold back criticism.
