Ulrike Wahl's goal is to prevent exhaustion at German universities through rapid results through inventive thinking. The university refresher relies on three pillars of design thinking: interdisciplinary teams, rooms with open areas and an iterative approach. "Innovation processes have become much more efficient through agile formats," she sums up at the Digital Academic Summit.
