Conversions DO occur on NextDoor ads BUT, in my opinion, and experience, it takes the prospect longer to eventually make the conversion - and it may or may not happen in a way that can fully be tracked by the ad.
Here is what I see:
Goal: Run an ad to get a customer to fill out a form
Result: Prospects end up interacting the business in a different session, second plus tough
Result: As a result, cost per a lead when using the lead objective on ND is high dollar (if even tracked)
Here is what I suggest:
Goal: Billboard style advertising/mindset on ND
Result: Prospects end up interacting with the business in a different session, second plus tough
Result: Ad dollars overall are lower, and more efficient, leads convert
