Dear NextDoor Advertising Center, Please Invite Me to Your HQ
I have a public statement to the NextDoor Advertising Center at NextDoor. As a local business digital marketing expert, I have been leveraging NextDoor for many years and since the launch of the self-serve platform, I have been managing many ads. As an expert ad buyer, I've noticed a handful of things NextDoor is doing great... and not so great. I recorded this video to request an invitation to the NextDoor HQ to share with them a handful of elements that need to be developed if they want to continue to grow their local business advertising platform. Why listen to me? I am a local business digital marketing expert with more than a decade of experience, I've managed more than $1M in digital advertising, and I am in the trenches day in and day out with local businesses.
Here are a few things I'd like to see improved:
1. There is a terrible caching flow within NextDoor business profiles
2. The ability to add admins with business profiles
3. The ability to add admins within NAC
4. Be transparent about bugs and glitches (I have too many cases about this)
5. Be transparent about conversions attributions and targeting
6. Improve the Lite version to be more fluid and less 'canned'
7. Ability for business profiles to comment within ND
& the list goes on.
