Knowing how to do a screenshot on a PC is important in many possible scenarios. A few examples: let’s say you’re experiencing technical problems with your software or hardware. The tech support would usually request a screenshot, an image of what you’re currently seeing on your computer screen. Sometimes you might need to capture an important content, like a particularly funny chat message, forum post or video comment. In other cases, you’d want to do a screenshot of an abusive message or post before it gets deleted, so that you can report it. If you’re playing a video game, you can take a screenshot of your achievement to show to your friends and share online.
In other words, there are many reasons to know how to do a screenshot on a PC. Which is why we made this video, to help you with this simple task. All you need is any graphic software, like Windows Paint, and to know where the Print Screen button on your keyboard is. Once you press that button, the visual contents of your screen are copied into the clipboard. All you need to do with open Paint or a similar program and paste. Save as JPG file and you’re done!
