"Fida'i"- National Anthem of Palestine (Rare Version)
The 15th of November is considered to be Palestine's Independence Day. This took place in Algiers, Algeria in 1988. This is when the State of Palestine came to be and 15 November 2023 marks the 35th Independence Day of Palestine.
The second image features PFLP fighters, but I thought it'd be suitable to put them in for a line about fighting for freedom. The anthem, "Fida'i" itself was adopted by the PLO in 1996 in accordance with Article 31 of the Palestinian Declaration of Independence. It succeeded Palestine's mostly unofficial anthem, "Mawtini". "Fida'i" was composed in 1965.
