We call foam rolling and other massage techniques “self-massage,” it’s simple to understand. We could just call mobility “end-range joint strengthening,” but that’s a lot of words.

There are many different forms of self care. Some people prefer one form over another and that’s okay. Try something new if you’ve been doing the same things over and over, especially if what you are doing isn’t helping you achieve your goals.

If you’re dealing with chronic pain it can feel like you are alone and like it will never stop but there are SO many things that you can do to break the cycle and take back control over your life.
