We also have to look at our limbs which goes for peripheral vascular diseases which can lead to gangrene or it can cause angina or pain while walking that is called TAO and there'll also be burning of the foot or pin pricking sensation which leads to what is known as peripheral neuropathy all these complication in a diabetic can be well managed as long as the sugars that is the FBS PPBS, HbA1c are well controlled FBBS at 90 to 120 PPBS at 140 to 160 hb1c less than 7 6.5 to 7 would be ideal and follow regular diabetic diet regular exercise yoga meditation and see that you're compliant with your medicines and you're compliant with your doctors for regular health checks and regular followup.
