Induction heating simulation of an iron bar using Comsol Multiphysics
This tutorial explains the steps for modelling induction heating of a metallic bar. The variation of temperature distribution over time is solved using a 2D axi-symmetric model. This multi-physics problem uses the magnetic fields and heat transfer interfaces in Comsol.
