As we discussed anaemia is basically the red blood cells which are less in number or not functioning properly. The red blood cells transport oxygen to each and every cell of our body. So anaemia causes decrease oxygen supply to each and every cell in our body. So what happens when you this decreased blood supply to the brain there is confusion. There's lethargy, there is tiredness, there is giddiness there is even lack of sleep insomnia happens. When there is decreased blood supply to the whole body the heart compensate by increasing the heart rate and it continue to stress on the heart as well as heart failure. It is involved in each and every muscle cell which has less hemoglobin causing fatigue muscle pain irritability, so many other things because of lack of oxygen decrease metabolism because of that. So when we treat anaemia we not only improve the quality of life we improve the muscle tiredness we improve the fatigue giddiness the heart also gets to risk because there is more oxygen supplied to the all the organs of the body and each and every cell of the body and imagine a teenager who's already irritable anaemia contributing to it. So the treatment of anemia improves the mood, improves the cognitive function, improves the quality of life and improves the productivity as such.
