Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly (to a temperature of 60-70 °C)
Place a cake ring lined with acetate foil around the cake with a 0.5 cm border.
Use adhesive tape to firmly stick the cling film onto the dough ring.
Add gelatin.
Stir well to dissolve the gelatin.
Allow to cool to room temperature (you can place the pan in ice water to speed up the process!)
Spread the berry mousse evenly.
Important! The cling film must fit tightly around the dough ring so that the mousse does not leak out!!!
Place the cake in the refrigerator to allow the mousse to set (approx. 1-2 hours).
Cut with a dry, hot knife!
