Why We're Traveling To Every Country
Why are we traveling to every country? The answer to this question has definitely changed and grown as we've traveled more! (We've now visited 175 countries, and are reposting this video from back when we'd visited 152 to share our story with our new followers.)
❤️The original reason why we started traveling now instead of waiting until we are older was because of Hud's quote "Think of the stories you want to tell someday, then go out and live them." We wanted to make the most of our short time here on earth. Then when Hud's dad passed away suddenly from a heart attack, it was another reminder to us to not wait to live life because we aren't guaranteed another day.
🌍 Then as we started traveling, we fell in love with the beauty in the world.
❤️ And now one of the main reasons we continue to travel is because of people. Getting to meet people from all different backgrounds, religions, cultures, views and perspectives has taught us so much. We love getting to learn first and from people. We've learned that people are far more than just governments. We've met some of the most kind people in places we before would have least expected.
