Viral blueberry protein yoghurt clusters🫐🤩
Made with only 5 ingredients and perfect for the hot summer days 😎
Ingredients for 6 large clusters:
200g 0% fat thick yoghurt
1 scoop MP whey protein, vanilla
120g blueberries
3 tsp of MP Smooth Peanut Butter
100g 70% dark chocolate
(Desiccated coconut, optional for toppings)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl add the yoghurt and the protein powder, and mix until well combined
2. Add the blueberries and mix
3. Prepare a tray, and cover with baking paper. Spoon the mixture in clusters onto the baking paper.
4. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until hard.
5. Add 1/2 tsp each of peanut butter and put back in the freezer for a few minutes to harden up.
6. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (30s in the microwave and stir, repeat until completely melted)
7. Coat the clusters in the melted chocolate, be quick at this. Line the coated cluster onto the tray and add some topping if you wish. Put back in the freezer for a few minutes to harden up.
