Relationship manipulation involves one person using various tactics to control or influence their partner for personal gain or to maintain power. This manipulation can take many forms, such as emotional blackmail, guilt-tripping, gaslighting, and isolating the partner from their support network. Manipulators often exploit their partner's vulnerabilities, creating a dynamic where the partner feels confused, doubted, or even dependent on the manipulator.
