It's not a sticker. It's not Al. It's real art. Do you want to see more of this kind of stuff? Let us know below. We timelapse every piece we have ever painted.

If lower back is a problem area for you, grab out free low back series where we use the anatomy art to teach helpful exercises, stretches, and massages to help with pain. We also go over the anatomy! https://www.spreadwhealth.com/free-lo...

This was painted 2 weeks ago by the amazing artist we work with, Alex. She is an incredible, award-winning biomedical illustrator. She has been doing this work for decades and draws for medical textbooks, large companies, and us! We are lucky to have her.

Each of these takes anywhere from 90 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the size of the piece and what is being painted.

After being painted, we make about 20 pieces of content and post them over several months. Painting bones takes a lot longer than painting muscles due to shading.

I have been getting painted by artists since 2016. People accuse us of "copying" another well-known company, but they don't realize that I was the original person being painted in that other company that I cofounded as well. Hard to copy what you helped popularize on social media.
