A delicious cake, what more can I say, it looks beautiful on the table but it tastes just as it looks... yummy it will be perfect for any family celebration. Moist carrot cake a large portion of sweet fruit and creamy cream, you will love this cake, I recommend...
Ingredients:
For the cake:
330 g finely grated carrots (about 2 cups of 250 ml each, 3 carrots)
4 eggs
1 cup of cane sugar
340 g of wheat flour
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
0.5 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 cup of rapeseed oil
For the cream:
a can of peaches
700 ml of 30% whipping cream
400 g of mascarpone cheese
2 teaspoons of gelatin
4 large bananas
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
