These stretches mainly target the quadratus lumborum (QL) muscle in the lower back, but they will also stretch other muscles.
Hold each gentle stretch for 30-90 seconds, and remember to breathe. If you stretch too hard and hold your breath, you’re working against yourself. Always ensure you can breathe easily.
