U.S. Customs Maritime Patrol agents were following a Jet Ski as it illegally entered U.S. waters from Baja California. As the jet ski made its way toward Pt. Loma, land units were alerted and were waiting at the top of Ladera St and Sunset Cliffs, when the Jet Ski landed. 3 males of Hispanic origin and they came running up the staircase and were apprehended at the top.
