Des Moines police get qualified immunity in 'hogtied' driver's lawsuit
Nick Templeton was detained and "hogtied" by Des Moines police after having a seizure while driving in May 2019.
Templeton sued, but a federal court ruled in August 2022 the officers are entitled to qualified immunity.
