We are sure everyone has their own favorite go-to lasagna recipe, but we would just like to share our version. Aside from the simplicity and availability of ingredients, this lasagna is so flavorful! 😍

You'll need

12 lasagna sheets

For the filling;

400 g minced meat
3 tablespoons oil
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups hot water (300 ml)

For the bechamel sauce;

2 tablespoons butter
3 cups milk (600 ml)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

For the top;
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

1 cup = 200 ml
