The Dark Cloud features 3 Distinct Delay modes inspired by Diamonds legendary Quantum Leap and Counterpoint multi-mode delays. Using their dBBD technology which is a fusion of analog and digital technology, the Dark Cloud is able to replicate the beloved warmth and organic regeneration thanks to analog companding and anti-aliasing while the power and precision of digital lets the Dark Cloud reach its creative potential. Each mode contains their own set of sonic characteristics, tap divisions and delay ranges. Tape produces classic echoes from 50-1000 ms and the sample rate modulation mimics the wow and flutter with ease. Harmonic Delay gives you either a delayed octave or fifth above and 400ms that continue to spiral up into the ether. Lastly, a lo-fi Reverse lets you still play to the rhythm with an extended 1700ms range with warmth echoes that help your dry signal stick out and guide your musical journey.
