During this team bonding activity everybody will write a positive speech for every other personas if they are at their funeral. One by one each person will sit on a chair in front of the group while every other person will read their speech about this person out loud.
In the second part of the exercise everyone will write a speech for himself to give at his own funeral. One by one everyone will read his speech out loud in front of the group.

Variation 1:
If you are working with a big group you can let each person write a speech for just one other person. This will save time.
Variation 2:
If you think a funeral speech is too intense, you can also let them write speeches to give at each other's birthday anniversaries. You can perform the exercise in the same way.
