Variation 1:
Urban Exploration: Instead of a natural setting like a forest, players take a virtual or physical walk through an urban environment. You can let them imagine the same things, but now not in a forest but in a city.
Variation 2:
If you play the game with grown ups, cat the end of the journey you can let them go out of the house and imagine water behind the house. Ask them what kind of water it is: a pond, lake, sea, etc? And how they will get to the other side.
The size of the body of water is related to the size of the need for intimacy and how you deal with that.
