I have a drawer in my bedroom chest called “too bad to throw away.” He makes me very sad. There are things lying there that we have forgotten about and don’t wear.
I started with him. I put all these clothes into a large bag and took them to the pantry. Now there's a bag called "what to do about it", but I'll deal with that later.
But there was a place for everyday things.
To fold them compactly and neatly, I demarcated the space. For this I used a budget option - cardboard.
How I did it:
I drew a drawing.
I measured the size of the box.
I cut the strips with a stationery knife. This is the basis of space dividers - partitions.
I made grooves in them so that they fit into each other.
I covered the edges with paper tape.
Having connected the whole structure together, I got a cage that easily fit into a dresser drawer.
The size of the cells should be made depending on how the clothes will be folded.
I fold my clothes on this device. The width of the middle part is 20 cm. Taking this into account, the cells for T-shirts and sweaters are 20 cm. Clothes are always folded in the same size.
There is a compartment for belts and new unused socks.
I also put kerchiefs and scarves here, which are sometimes needed for compresses during a cold. I'm constantly looking for them.

The main advantages are that everything is compactly folded, space saving, good overview of the contents, easy access.
The result of my efforts: I got rid of unnecessary clothes, finished cleaning, and I now have a perfectly tidy corner, I’m pleased with myself and deservedly so.
2) How I organized my closets using cardboard. Now I know exactly where everything is.

Typically, the height of shelves in cabinets is approximately 30 centimeters. Even if you stack boxes there, stack them one on top of the other, the space at the top is always empty.
For all sorts of small items I made myself a convenient box with drawers. Every centimeter of space in it is used for business.
To make it you need corrugated cardboard and paper tape.
I made it the same size as the cabinet itself, a little smaller to fit on the shelf. But the length needs to be made shorter by three centimeters on each side. When I did it for the first time in another closet, I didn’t take into account that there were hinges for doors on the sides and I had to redo everything and make it smaller.
First, I cut out three strips of cardboard for the frame and two side panels. The edges were reinforced with tape.
I combined all this into one structure and added partitions.
Now I have made six drawers. I cut out notches at the top to make it easy to pull them out.
Partitions can be made of different widths, as well as different sizes of drawers. I covered all visible parts with self-adhesive film; you can simply cover it with newspapers or magazine pages and use wallpaper glue for this.
Ready.
I folded all the little things and grouped them into compartments. Inside I put extra boxes for all sorts of things. Now it’s easy to find the thing you need and everything is clearly visible.

3) How I managed to conveniently organize my drawers. I’ll show you three ways to divide them into cells for convenient storage.

You need to measure the length of the box diagonally, as well as its height. Cut two strips to size. Measure the middle and make slits; they should be equal to half the height of the strip.
Connect the dividers like a puzzle, and the triangular cells are ready.

The box is measured in length and width. The same stripes are cut out, their number depends on the number of planned cells. For 9 compartments you need two rectangles. In this case, 2 slots are made for each separator.
Connect them at right angles.
Third way. Verticals.
The box is divided into long compartments. To do this, you need to cut out small pieces, equal in height to the height of the box.
Apply double-sided tape to them or glue them to the walls of the box with glue, leave a gap between them so that the separator can fit into it.
