Our family always tends to make too much food, and while we love the leftovers, it can get boring just eating a plate of turkey, potatoes, stuffing, and the rest every night or lunch. We are always looking for new ways to use up leftovers and this Thanksgiving Seven Layer Dip has become a favorite way to keep enjoying Thanksgiving in new ways.
We were inspired by the colors and layers of a conventional bean and taco seasoning-style Seven Layer Dip and thought the differing colors and textures of Thanksgiving foods would be similarly tasty together. While this dish probably isn't really a dip, it's more of a casserole, we wanted to bring the same spirit to this dish, so we're calling it Thanksgiving Seven Layer Dip!
