Healthy Banana Bread Pancake Bowls😍 These contain over 20g of protein per serving and no protein powder!😋

Ingredients for three servings:
1 cup high protein Greek yogurt (250g)
4 eggs
2 ripe bananas
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup (gluten-free) oats (2.4 dl) or 3/4 cup flour (1.8 dl)
2-3 teaspoons cinnamon, to taste
2 teaspoons baking powder

optional toppings:
3 pieces 80% dark chocolate

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Pour into greased glass containers or ramekins. Top with the dark chocolate chunks
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes
