►1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
►1 cup clamato juice, (use "picante" version for spicier salsa)
TO SERVE:
►16 Tostadas, (or a bag of tortilla chips)
►Hot Sauce, (Tabasco or Franks Red Hot)
