What does the page of Swords mean? Has the Page of Swords appeared in your Tarot Card Reading and do you feel unsure what it means? The Page of Swords, like all Tarot cards, does not have a single fixed meaning. In general you will feel when the card is fully energized a strong need to seek the higher ground, get above any conflict. Instead of solving the conflict, meeting the opposition like you would with the King or especially the Queen of Swords here the Page seeks detachment, the easy going approach. Such an energy can in some situations be most beneficial however in practice can be hard to maintain. It requires focus, vigilance and can cause you to keep others at a distance for if they get too close you might not be able to remain detached. Such is the dilemma of the Page who is left always looking over their shoulder like an aged student who is not able to walk down the mountain of understanding and wisdom of human communication, interaction, critical thinking and problem- solving. However equally if you embrace the Pages desire for learning, finding new ways of thinking and speaking, aligning with others who do not stifle your direction or ideas then this energy is green light, a go for it moment of new beginnings, finding the truth to that which is important and not being distracted by the noise of conflict and others agendas. So when you see the Page in your reading ask yourself is it a benefit for me to remain easy going in my communication, reactions and interactions so I can stay focused on my ideas and learning or am I in a place of habit to react from avoidance. Am I learning a new understanding, building my thinking and foundation towards clarity and my ability to know myself and speak my truth or is my approach a constant challenge and difficult to maintain causing isolation.
