I was testing the 244Mbps Patch (some call it hack) from Driftwood for the Panasonic Lumix GH2.
The bitrate goes WAAAY over 244Mbps, with good light it can easily reach about 300Mbps!
I used the 14-24mm 3.5 objective and slightly graded the footage with RGB-Curves.
Shot in -2 -2 -2 -2 (I'm going to try some others soon) and 1080p 24cinema mode (H quality)
I used a SanDisk Extreme Pro 64GB 95MB/s SD Card - damn those are expansive! But my calculation was: GH2 500$ + SanDisk 64GB 150$ = Scarlet X 10'000$ ... xD just jokin'
All handheld, some are auto focused (those where it gets out of focus . ) and some are manually...
Those patches are hidden in some thread and I was searching for days until I found it. If you wish to know how to get it, write it down in the comments!
The locations are in Bern, Switzerland. I tried to test out some different scenarios. Some clips actually look VERY cinematic. Just awesome how much you can get out of such a pretty little camera :D
