A stunning mural of the Oasis brothers appeared in south Manchester to coincide with Liam Gallagher’s weekend of shows celebrating the 30th anniversary of the band’s debut album.

Liam took to the stage at Co-op Live this Saturday and Sunday (June 15 and 16) in honour of Oasis’ Definitely Maybe, which was released in August 1994.

The debut record featured classic songs Rock N Roll Star, Live Forever and Supersonic.

The album also features the track Shakermaker, which made a nod to the Sifters record shop in Burnage where the Gallagher’s used to visit as teenagers.
