2. Press Ctrl + H on the keyboard to open the "Find and Replace" window, and copy the formula we want to replace into the input box on the right side of "Find what", for example, copy and paste =AVERAGE to there, and enter =SUM on the right side of "Replace with".

3. Click "Replace All", the formula in E2 is still the average formula, other formulas have been replaced.

4. Just click E2 or press Ctrl + S to save, and the average formula will become a sum formula.

Note: If you want to exit the Show Formulas state, just press Ctrl + ~ again, or click "Show Formulas" in the "Formula Auditing" group in the "Formulas" tab.



Four. Highlight cells with formulas in Excel

If we want to replace the background color, we can first use "Special" to find out the cell to be replaced, and then change the background color, the method is as follows:

1. If we replace the cells with formulas with orange. Press Ctrl + G on the keyboard to open the "Go To" window, click "Special", open the "Go To Special" window, select "Formula", click "OK", select all cells with formulas, click the "Fill Color" icon, select Orange in the pop-up panel, then the background of all selected cells will turn orange.
