exactly what i needed! a week in the mountains with barely any wifi/screen time, all my best friends, living in the momement and staying on a lake!
i get a lot of questions about dealing with travel/my perspective on taking time off/away from the gym and i will always say that memories cant be remade but fitness goals can always be chased!! this whole trip i didn't "Workout"... we stayed active, but there was no gyms available and thats OK!! my biggest piece of advice to anyone traveling is to not stress about it, stay in the moment, and find ways to be active (walking, hiking, swimming...) when ever you can! at the end of the day, do what you enjoy and what makes you feel good but dont stress about losing progress because losing memories and special moments would be much worse!
