health in a relationship has SO MANY different aspects. there's the physical aspect of taking care of your bodies together, eating a balanced diet and supporting each others goals of being strong and healthy together. ice cream dates are a must (but maybe not every night depending on your goals!) finding a good balance of incorporating movement into "dates" and choosing healthier meals when eating out will make you feel amazing and you still get that quality Time with your partner.

there's also the mental aspect. a healthy relationship is one where both people feel like they can be themselves, communicate with each other, dont hold each other back, and support each other indefinitely. the right person will come to you. dont rush it. and dont hold on to people that are not meant for you. some people are meant to leave your life so better ones can come in. everyone serves a role in your life. some will teach you lessons, others will teach you love, and some will teach you about yourself! whatever their purpose is, let them show you and have an open heart, an open mind, and be ok saying hello to new people and goodbye to those who dont serve you. you deserve the world and someone out there is ready to give it to you.

remember, you attract people who treat you the way you treat yourself. if you want someone who's going to respect you, you need to respect yourself. if you want someone who's motivated, you need to be motivated yourself. do the inner work on yourself and like minded People will come. trust the process. love yourself so that you can let someone love you!
