We are doing a FREE program giveaway for hypermobility awareness month (HSD/hEDS). Enter here https://spreadwhealth.com/hypermobili...
One winner will receive the Hypermobility program, and the other will receive the Hypermobility and Strength & Conditioning Bundle.
It is hypermobility awareness month. "Hypermobility" doesn't just refer to flexible joints. It refers to the connective tissues in the body being stretchier than the average person's. We have connective tissues in every system of the body, hence why people with connective tissue issues may experience a myriad of symptoms outside of just joint laxity and joint pain.
The amount of "hypermobility" varies greatly from person to person.
Many of the things showcased in this video can be present without having a connective tissue disorder. There are dozens of these "co-occurring issues" that, when put together, may lead someone to suspect that they have a connective tissue disorder. To receive a diagnosis, you would need to seek a specialist who is confident in EDS or HSD - like a geneticist.
Both Katie and I were diagnosed separately by different providers as having Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.
