In this video we use Mathematica/Wolfram-Cloud to look at the Geometric Probability Distribution. We find expressions for the mean, variance, skewness, kurtosis, and median in terms of the variable p -- the probability for "success." We then perform a simulation of repeatedly rolling two dice until we roll "snake eyes" (two ones). We compare the values of the statistical measures to the theoretically expected values. Finally we move on to look at the "sampling distributions" of the statistical measures and compare them to normal distributions (as the Central Limit Theorem predicts they'll tend to).
