Amino, a calm port town in northern Kyoto, is a little different from the image of the rough seas of the Sea of Japan.
In this documentary, I closely follow the making and cooking of pizza (pizzeria), a speciality of Mr. Fujiwara, the runner-up in the Fantasia category of the 2012 Neapolitan Pizza Artisans World Tournament, who is active in such Japanese port town Amino, and the morning auction at the Kyoto Prefecture Fishermen's Cooperative Amino Local Wholesale Market.
The creative pizzas (pizzas) and hors d'oeuvres using plenty of local vegetables and seafood, and the ice-cold cappuccinos that seem to exist only here, are seriously a must!
I would be very happy if my work this time could help to make Mr. Fujiwara and the rest of Amino a little more exciting.
