Ingredients:
1 kg of peeled potatoes
150 ml of hot potato broth

400 - 450 g of flour

Boil 1 kg of potatoes, then chop hot potatoes (300 g), add hot potato broth. Add the salt, fresh yeast and egg mixture. Add flour and knead a soft dough. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
Once the dough has risen, divide it into pieces. I used the leftover potatoes for the filling. Fry on slightly less than medium heat so that the buns do not burn. The oil should cover half of the buns, otherwise they won't fry inside.
Ready pies, they can be served with any sauce.
